All rights are reserved.

Warranty

Each Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System is warranted for a period of six months to be free from manufacturing defects.

Disclaimers

Hangman Systems, LLC is not responsible for damage to closets, walls or other structures caused by over loading.  The User is responsible for determining the safe weight to be stored in the Original Hangman® System and hung from the structure, such as a closet rod.

Hangman Systems, LLC recommends that you store only unloaded weapons in your Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System.  Hangman Systems, LLC is not responsible for weapon accidents caused by storing or accessing loaded weapons or otherwise using an Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System for weapons or ammunition storage.  Always use common sense and comply with all applicable laws.

The Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System deters most unauthorized access or theft, but it is not theft proof.  If a dedicated or professional thief wants access to the storage cavity or wants to remove the Storage System, they likely will find a way. 

The Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System is not fire or water resistant.

Just because you are physically able to store a weapon in your Original Hangman® Triple Secure Storage System doesn’t necessarily mean you are in compliance with Federal, State or local weapon laws.  Always comply with applicable laws concerning weapon possession.
